Working Principle

  • The sine wave shape of the impeller allows a cavity to be formed with every rotation.
  • Four cavities are created during each complete pass through the lining space, ensuring smooth and continuous material transfer.
  • This operation can “push” or “release” flowing products, allowing gentle and consistent pumping action.
  • The pump cavity is divided into a suction chamber and an extraction chamber by a control panel, ensuring proper pressure balance at the inlet and outlet.
  • The control panel also plays an important role in lubricating the pump bearings through forced product flow, improving durability and performance.
