Purified Water Generation & Storage System
WEMAC will customize the optimal design according to the feed water quality report and effluent water quality requirements and the actual needs of customers, customers can also choose our standardized design. The quality of effluent water can meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Cp2020), U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP43), European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for purified water or high purity water according to the different configurations of the system.

- Modular design, compact structure, beautiful layout, convenient operation and maintenance.
- Pre–treatment double Softeners can be operated in series and regenerated alternately by using valve sets. Each water Softener has 100% water supply capacity. The whole process of Softener operation, backwashing, salt suction, regeneration, positive washing, etc. is controlled by full automatic programming.
- The feed water pump and the first and second high–pressure pumps are controlled by inverters, which can not only realize different pressure control under various operating conditions of filters and Softeners, but also realize low–speed small circulation of the water produced in the standby time of the system, which greatly reduces microbial growth and saves energy effectively.
- The system terminal water production adopts double water supply and single circulation mode, i.e., when the produced water is qualified, the water enters the Purified Water Storage Tank through two pipelines, and when the produced water is not qualified, the water flows back to the Middle Water Storage Tank through two pipelines after circulation. When the Purified Water Storage Tank is full, it also automatically switches to circulating pipeline operation, which effectively avoids the existence of empty pipes and ensures that no dead water exists.
- Pipes are, as far as possible, made of stainless steel pipe stretching and bending directly to avoid welding. Pipes and fittings weldments use argon gas protection automatic welding (single–sided welding and double–sided molding process) to ensure the quality of welding, followed by post–weld electrochemical polishing.
- Provide endoscopic inspection photos, weld joint diagrams, pressure test and pickling passivation report, system design documents and other verification information.
- The control system adopts HMI+PLC fully automatic control with easy operation interface. Various communication modes are available. Control system authority level: at least three levels of authority can be set.
- Online monitoring of conductivity, temperature, flow, and other parameters. The recorder can choose paperless or paper recording to record and print key parameters.
- The control system can be equipped with electronic signatures and electronic records, enabling the system control to have an audit trail function, meeting the requirements of GAMP 5 and 21 CFR PART 11.
