Pure Steam Generator

Pure Steam Generator is a kind of equipment that uses purified water as feed water and industrial steam heating to produce pure steam. This series of equipment can be used for sterilization and disinfection of pharmaceutical equipment and various process production lines (pipelines, storage tanks, etc.). The condensate of the pure steam produced meets the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), U.S. Pharmacopoeia (USP43) and European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for the specification of water for injection.

Working Principle

Qualified feed water pressurized by multi–stage pumps into Condenser 2, uses the waste heat to heat feed water, and then enters the Preheater 2 and Preheater 1. After heat exchange, it enters the Evaporator and is sprayed on the inner wall of the heating tube by the feed water dispenser, so that the feed water flows in a film shape on the tube wall, and is heated and vaporized by industrial steam. The secondary steam with water droplets is generated after vaporization. From the lower end of the Evaporator chamber into the water separation device, after three stages of separation to become pure steam.

Product Features

  1. Structural form: Evaporator, Preheater and Condenser are all double tube plate design, adopting inner tube plate expansion outside welding process to avoid cross-contamination.
  2. Separation device: Three–stage separation with falling film evaporation, gravity separation and spiral flow.
  3. Material: SS316L is used for all parts in contact with feed water, pure steam and pure steam condensed water.
  4. Thermal insulation: Evaporator and Preheater are insulated with aluminum silicate needled blanket, which has good extensibility, light weight, excellent thermal insulation and strong stability.
  5. Surface treatment: Electrochemical polishing of internal and external surfaces, effectively ensuring the finish of the stainless steel surface.
  6. Energy saving and consumption reduction: The evaporator and separator form a huge connecter, and the heat is fully utilized. The whole equipment can reach the maximum production capacity from the standby state in a very short time. The use of liquid level control feed water is fully utilized to achieve full energy saving and consumption reduction. Preheater 2 uses industrial steam condensate to preheat, and plays a role in saving energy.
  7. Pipes: As far as possible using stainless steel pipe stretching and bending directly to avoid welding. Pipes and fittings weldments using argon gas protection automatic welding (single–side welding double–sided molding process), to ensure the quality of welding, post–weld electrochemical polishing.
  8. Provide endoscopic inspection photos, weld joint diagrams, pressure test and pickling passivation report and system design documents and other verification information.
  9. The control system adopts HMI+PLC full–automatic control with easy operation interface.
    Various communication modes are available. Control system authority level: at least three levels of authority can be set.
  10. Online monitoring of conductivity, temperature and flow rate and other parameters. Recorder can choose paperless recorder or paper recorder to record and print the key parameters.
  11. The control system can be equipped with electronic signature, electronic records, so that the system control can audit trail function, and to meet the requirements of GAMP5 and meet the requirements of 21 CFR PART 11.
